Gillian is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor working as the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Coordinator for MDHHS. She is dedicated to promoting socio-emotional wellness for very young children and their caregivers. She has spent the majority of her career in the public mental health system in both direct service and administration. She has experience with reflective supervision, implementing and supporting evidence-based practices across clinical teams, promoting professional development, training clinical professionals on a broad range of topics related to young children, facilitating meetings and work groups, project management, grant writing and reporting, electronic medical records, providing consultation within preschool settings, and nurturing collaboration across professional disciplines.
